Mexican Honey

This Mexican honey is medium to dark honey with an individual tropical flavour unique to Mexico.

It is from the Yucatan area of Mexico renowned for the varied and tropical wildflowers and cactus plants.

It has a good strength making it great for use as a cooking ingredient or as a sweetener and is superb for spreading on toast or a hot buttered crumpet. Or if you are feeling adventurous, next time you make a chilli con carne add a teaspoon of Mexican honey and taste the difference.
