Simply prepare the meat and veg for your stew, then add the mix with the stock & cook in the pot or slow cooker as per usual. It contains gram flour which thickens up stews and casseroles nicely. Our Stew Mix is Gluten & Wheat Free!

Ingredients: Gram Flour, Kibbled Onion, Sea Salt, Green Split Peas, Toor Dall, Black Pepper, Tomato Flakes, Red Pepper Flakes, Dhana Dall, Celery Seeds, Minced Garlic, Rosemary, Basil and Oregano.

Vegetarian & Vegan friendly.

All of our condiments are blended in an area containing nuts & seeds.
