This is a definite crowd pleaser! Simply mix with a little oil to make a paste and smother it all over your meat, then fry in your wok. Serve on a bed of salad leaves or rice with a slice of lime and some cucumber and mint dip.
The spices used in this mix can be worked well in western cooking facilities as it can cope with high temperatures, so you could use it for either grilling or the barbecue.
